A series of progression drills and games to introduce the athlete to foundational movement patterns. Training primarily with body weight, we'll coach the athlete through proper form and technique and offer alternatives to level up their performance.
Great for beginners with a few years or no previous involvement in sport.
Included in this program is 3 days of physical training per week, plus a daily lessons journal with tips for recovery and healthy eating. Each week we'll check-in with you personally to answer questions and share our latest live streams on frequently asked topics!
